Industrial Real Estate Market Update - Hong Kong 2021 Q2

Sentiment in Hong Kong’s property market has improved in Q2 amid the early signs of economic recovery, GDP growth ending six consecutive quarters of contraction, and falling unemployment rate as the pandemic in the city has largely been brought under control.

As a result, this has positively impacted Hong Kong’s real estate market, with the core sectors of investment, office leasing, industrial and retail all experiencing some kind of an uplift in performance.

As we reach the halfway mark, Colliers in Hong Kong will share their latest updates and data. Following their presentation, we have invited Polly Chu, Partner, Withers and Kenneth Wan, Project Manager, Forte & Co. , to join the panel to discuss the future prospects and underlying factors influencing property prospects up until year-end.
