Spacebox provides 2 different kinds of valet storage service – By Box/Item and By Square Feet. Both services combine the best of our secure central warehouse, door-to-door pick-up and delivery service provided by our in-house team, as well as native Spacebox mobile app for item management and bookings.

Central Warehouse

Our warehouse is centrally located in a top-rated industrial building in the Kwai Hing district in Hong Kong. For security reasons, the warehouse is only accessible by our staff. It is also equipped with climate and humidity control system to keep our customer items in the most optimal condition.

Door-to-door Pick-up and Delivery

Over 97% of our pick-ups and deliveries are handled by our experienced in-house team. We provide delivery service to the entire Hong Kong except outlying islands. (Even for those, we offer to meet our customers at the ferry pier!) Item dismantling, assembly and disposal service are also provided on request.

Each of the storage items are given a unique ID for customers to manage easily.

Native Mobile & Web App

Spacebox provides native iOS and Android app, as well as Web App, for customers to manage their goods (upload photos and add description for each box/item) and book delivery easily.

Storage By Box/Item

This service is for customers with small items to store. Spacebox offers 4 different types of storage box for customers to choose from (Document Box, Standard Box, Big Box and Wardrobe Box), and they can also choose to store their own boxes/bags, suitcases and etc. Customers can also choose to buy storage accessories (e.g. Vacuum storage bags) from us.

For pick-up / delivery, we offer a unique “Free Roundtrip” feature for our Long-term customers, which provides them with a free item retrieval and pick-up trip every 2 months during their service lifetime with us. This makes storing and retrieving things a breeze for our customers.

Storage By Square Feet

This service is for customers with larger items to store (e.g. furniture). Spacebox offers different size of storage space for customers to choose from, ranging from 6 sq ft. For customers who need substantial space, we also provide custom quotation for them.
