With years of experience and an uncompromising approach to building and fitting out our facilities, we feel it is safe to say we are likely the measure all other competitors here use when seeking to develop a storage facility. That said, where others are likely trying to figure out what attributes they can skip to save money, we are constantly looking for better ways to build facilities that provide our customers with a truly World-Class Storage experience… and this office cost a bit more.
Professional: We are relentless in the development of our team at this site as well as all other sites. All sales/maintenance/security staff go through extensive training over the course of months. We carry out regular call listening to ensure the right message is communicated and that our customer’s needs are met. We have regular Marketing Huddles with the locations to ensure all are up to speed on our products and services as well as provide a mechanism to learn from the team facing our customers. As mentioned, our founder, Sam Peterson, still reads every “Move-out” survey to learn what we do well and where we can improve. After nearly 9 years of operations, we are still learning from our customers.
Secure: Unlike most, if not all, of our competitors in Manila, our location is enclosed within a gated property with our own ample private parking that can accommodate up to a 40 foot container. We utilize the best systems that the storage industry has to offer, including full site CCTV coverage, in-building listening devices to detect disturbances, PTI access control with alarms on all units, full sprinkler systems and smoke detection, 24/7 security guards specially trained for our industry, well-lite exterior and interior, a backup generator to ensure all systems work during an outage.
Convenient: This location is in the prime-of-the-prime of Metro-Manila serving the affluent and business oriented Makati area. It is easy to get to; and once on site, we make it as simple as possible to store with us with a large dock area, auto-sliding doors for hands-free entry, freight lift to carry you to your floor, free use trolleys and pallet trucks, clean and well lite hallways, and the helping hands of our on-site staff. We even provide free dusting service as even the cleanest of buildings still need a bit of touch up.

Gross floor area about 9000 sqm, with plans to expand to 13,500 sqm. This store has been operating for more than 8 years.
The location is ideal. Aside from being the country’s largest self-storage faculty, it is located on one of the two main thoroughfares cutting across Metro Manila connecting North and South. It is also close to and serves two of Metro Manila’s largest business/residential areas chocked full of our customer segment, mainly A/B market. Like all of Loc&Stor 24/7 sites, it is located in a private compound which adds yet one more level of security that few others, if any, offer. It was the first site in the Philippines to offer air-conditioned areas, lockers, a loading dock, full CCTV coverage, fire protection, FDAS, dedicated elevators, and many more firsts. Loc&Stor 24/7 spent on features that were untested in this market, and changed the standard of self-storage in the Philippines.
