BEAM Storage is a valet storage company currently operational in both Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We offer smarter storage and make customer’s storage experience a breeze. We are the first storage company to have a mobile app where our customers can store without ever visiting the warehouse or leaving their house or office.  Customers can simply schedule pickup or delivery of their stored items whenever, wherever via the BEAM Space mobile app.

Our in-house built platform manages all aspects of our operations, across customer-facing mobile apps and websites, internal mobile apps for our delivery and warehouse teams, and administrative dashboards. The combined platform supports our operations end-to-end, from scheduling, dispatch/fleet management, billing, inventory management, and more.

The BEAM Space mobile app is a revolutionary innovation for the storage industry – the first in Asia to offer storage services on a mobile app. Our mobile app allows for inventory management of all items in storage.

Having a mobile app enables an omnichannel approach to give customers a seamless storage experience across devices. Our customers can seamlessly use web-based and mobile apps to manage, and schedule storage. Omnichannel access lets our customers make action from any location.

On the other hand, our internal process is also technologically advanced, and this allows our staff to have a more organized flow. With the help of technology innovation, every item is QR barcode labeled, scanned and a brief description is entered into our system which both our staff and our customers use to easily track the movement of each item.
